    Here is the method to Fix it see it below:-
    1. First Of all Get Sandboxie
    2. Then Disable the Media Features
      3. To disable the Media Features go to Control Pannel
    4. Then go to program and features
    5. Then Turn windows feature on/offf
    6. Then Unmark the "Media Features"
    7. Then It will fix the problem
